Acquired in 2016 as a Net Leased asset, single tenanted by Bank of America on a long term lease. KFP successfully re-negotiated the lease and subsequently sold the building, delivered vacant along with the adjacent 0.75 acre lot for $7,750,000.

An historic architectural gem, the 1860's Customs House is located in bustling Market Square. This property is listed in the Library of Congress for its pioneering design & architectural significance. KFP rehabbed the lobbies, 2nd & 3rd floors and achieved 100% occupancy. The property was sold in 2024.

As of September 2022, KFP sold 6 Loudon Road to Sarnia Seacoast, LLC. KFP acquired the asset in 2019 for $5,600,000. They quickly went to work making improvements & updates, and renewing existing tenants. Occupancy was increased from from 79% to 100% during ownership. The property sold for $10,500,000.
