Ben Kelley founded Kelley Family Properties in 2018 after 13 years of working in commercial real estate at Brady Sullivan Properties in Manchester, NH. Beginning in 2006, Ben began purchasing multi-family properties in New Hampshire and has grown his portfolio and the business to over 350 apartment units and over 300,000 sqft of commercial space.

 

Throughout the years Ben has worked closely with several strategic partners including Jon Chorlian who focuses on adaptive reuse projects in Concord, Skip Kelley, and Jeff Kelley and Josh Hamel of Solid Roots Construction. Kelley Family Properties continues to specialize in multi-family, adaptive reuse projects, and commercial real estate in Southern New Hampshire.
